Privacy

Plain language, because privacy information should be easy to read.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.

We store the messages you send and the answers you receive so your chat history works across devices.

We keep a record of usage for billing and abuse prevention. This record contains costs and timestamps, not message content.

How your messages are processed

To generate an answer, your messages are processed by our AI service providers on our behalf. Providers process your messages only to produce your answer.

Your chats are not used to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics and bot protection

If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymised page-view statistics.

We run a fraud-prevention check when you send a message to distinguish people from automated bots. It looks at browser signals and is not used for advertising.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual chats or all of your chats from the app at any time.

To delete your account completely, contact us using the link in the app. We will remove your account, chats, and usage records.

Who can see your data

Chats are stored securely and access is restricted to the systems that need them.

A small number of operators can view account details to provide support. We do not read your chats unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
