Plainly provides a web interface for AI chat. You ask questions and receive answers generated by AI services acting on our behalf.

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service costs $5 a month. unlimited chat with a fair usage policy. Fair usage means we may slow down or pause accounts whose usage is so high it affects other customers.

Billing is handled by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax we are required to collect.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI answers can be wrong. Check important information before relying on it.

Answers are generated automatically. They are not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.

Your chats belong to you. By using the service you allow us to store them and send them to our processing providers as described in the privacy policy.

Plainly and its design are our property. You keep all rights to your own content.

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
